Neil Pattie is the global head of corporate content at Signify, the world’s largest lighting company. He joined the company in December 2013, where he has held a variety of senior communications roles in the company’s Integrated Communication department.
Prior to Signify, Neil ran and owned a successful PR consultancy, working with established brands, start-up technology companies and senior politicians.
Working in industry, Neil was director of corporate communications at Avaya where he undertook a variety of senior communications roles, including leadership of the company’s sponsorship of the FIFA World Cup. He was also the global head of media relations for ICL/Fujitsu and director of corporate communications for Siebe plc (now part of Schneider Electric).
Neil started his communications career in the space industry working on high profile space projects such as the Hubble Space Telescope, Giotto and Ariane launch vehicle. In the 1990s he led the communications for the commercialization of the UK government’s satellite remote sensing industry.
